Booking Conditions

Deposit: £100.00 or $180.00 per week is required for each week booked, we regret that we can not guarantee to secure any dates until a deposit & booking form is received, this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Balance: The balance is due two (2) calendar months before departure date, along with a refundable security deposit is required. Please send a separate cheque for £200 or $360 dollars Payable to Debbie Jones which will be returned following final inspection by our Management Company.
Cancellation Charges: We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply:
More than 3 months before Departure: Deposit Forfeited
Between 1 & 2 Calendar months before departure: 50% of total cost forfeited
Less than 28 days before departure: 100% of total cost forfeited
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
Amendments: Alterations to confirmed bookings can be made at our discretion & the clients request,
an admin fee of £25.00 or $45.00 will be charged, please confirm changes in writing along with a cheque for £25.00 or $45.00 made payable to Debbie Jones.
Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the villa, any others will be asked to leave by the Management Company.
Pool: In the event the pool heat is requested & paid for, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according several factors, mainly the prevailing weather conditions and the correct use of the pool blanket.
Liability: During your stay the owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons
or personal effects however caused.
We do not accept liability for injury or death however caused as a result of use of the pool or surrounding areas.
Please bear in mind that our villa is situated on an estate which consists of both residential and vacation homes therefore, the owners cannot be held responsible for any alterations to existing
houses or any noise as a result thereof.
Force Majeure: We nor our Management Company cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable for in respect of any loss, damage or changes by force majeures (e.g. Strikes, airport closures, prevailing weather conditions, acts of terrorism or acts of god or other events beyond our control)
Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the Management Company immediately and they will advise us accordingly.
Insurance: It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance.
